A survey conducted by Castle Connelly Medical Ltd. of New York on behalf of Gulfshore Life Magazine provided a list of top doctors in Charlotte, Lee and Collier Counties in 2008. Dr. Brueck is listed as one of the top four plastic surgeons in the three-county area and the only plastic surgeon listed for Lee County.

According to Castle Connelly Medical Ltd., "… listings were selected after peer nomination, extensive research and careful review and screening by our doctor-directed research team.”

The survey is based on several criteria including, “…professional qualifications: education, residency, board certification, fellowships; professional reputation, hospital appointment, medical school faculty appointment, experience and disciplinary history.”

Dr. Brueck has been on the list of area Top Doctors for six successive years. He practices with Associates in Plastic Surgery at 3700 Central Avenue in Fort Myers, FL, with a satellite facility in Cape Coral, FL. He is associated with the Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, a member hospital of Lee Memorial Health System.
