New Chinese Regulations for Plastic Surgery

I guess cosmetic surgery is quite popular in China – so much so that new laws are being passed to quell it’s popularity, especially among minors.  

In Guongzhow China, the capital of Guongdong province in southern China, a law was recently passed to require parents consent for any minor undergoing cosmetic surgery.  

I guess prior to the law a young “minor” could walk into a plastic surgeons office and get the “works”.  Kind of frightening, to this Florida plastic surgeon.
