EAT CHOCOLATE FOR A THINNER YOU!

We all know friends who are chocoholics.
A new study of people living in Southern California reveals that people who eat more chocolate tend to be thinner. The chocolate eaters actually consumed MORE calories that those that didn’t eat chocolate.
The study, however, may link the frequency of eating chocolate to weight loss. People who ate a small amount of chocolate 5 days a week had a lower BMI or body mass index.
