More Bad News for Smokers.

As if smokers need to hear more bad news.  

The incidence of cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas is greatly increased by smoking.  The study was done in England and the researchers looked at 25 studies from 11 different countries.  Smokers had an increased risk of 52%.

That is quite significant BUT it did not lead to an increase in basal cell carcinomas.
